This week we're discussing Bill 21: Quebec's secularism law that cost a Muslim school teacher her job. With us today to try to understand it is André Pratte. Mr. Pratte was a journalist for over 35 years and was editor-in-chief of the Montreal newspaper La Presse where he chronicled Quebec's constitutional and language wars. From 2016 - 2019 he was an independent Senator until he resigned from the Chamber. Now he's with the consulting firm Navigator and one of Quebec's most astute analysts.
